Το πρωί της Δευτέρας, ο Δούκας και η Δούκισα του Σάσεξ, κρατώντας στην αγκαλιά τους, τον μονάκριβο γιο τους, τον 4μηνών Άρτσι, προσγειώθηκαν στη Νότια Αφρική. Οι αφοσιωμένοι γονείς κατά τη διάρκεια της πρώτης ημέρας της βασιλικής περιοδείας τους στο Κέιπ Τάουν, δέχτηκαν πολλές ερωτήσεις που αφορούσαν τον γτιο τους. Η 81χρονη Somaya Ebrahim που συνάντησε το βασιλικό ζευγάρι από κοντά, τους ρώτησε τι κάνει ο μικρούλης, όταν οι ίδιοι έχουν υποχρεώσεις. Ο πρίγκιπας Χάρι τότε αποκάλυψε ότι ο γιος του εξαντλήθηκε από την πτήση. «Είναι απλά εξαντλημένος», της είπε ο τρυφερός μπαμπάς.
